Drug and Alcohol Rehab Dereham

Casual drug-taking and drinking heavily have become more common and accepted by society, despite our becoming more aware of the dangers. Drugs especially seem much easier to get, with two-fifths of people claiming that it is “very” or “fairly” easy to obtain illegal substances.

What was casual can quickly turn into an alcohol or drug addiction. And with addiction comes the potential to ruin every aspect of your life and health.

Are you based in Dereham and looking for support? If so, then we at Cassiobury Court can help you overcome your addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

Private Rehab Support for Dereham & Norfolk Residents

The NHS is the jewel of our nation. However, years of cuts, growing waiting times, and underpaid staff have left patient satisfaction at its lowest ebb and services stretched beyond their capacity.

Sometimes, the situation is too dire for you to be able to wait or utilise your local NHS rehabilitation services. If that is the case for you, then it may be time to consider going private.

If you are looking for a drug and alcohol rehab in Dereham or the surrounding area, you may have found that inpatient options are limited. Looking farther afield is an option to consider, and not an uncommon one. Travelling further than you first thought for addiction treatment can have many benefits, allowing you time away to completely focus on your recovery.

Cassiobury Court is a Watford-based facility. We are a private rehab, accepting patients nationwide and providing industry-leading addiction treatment.

What We Treat

Not all rehabs near Norwich and around Norfolk may be fully equipped to deal with the problems you are facing. Our staff at Cassiobury Court are capable and experienced in dealing with a vast range of addiction issues.

Common addictions that we treat include:

  • Alcohol
  • Cocaine
  • Cannabis
  • Opioids
  • Prescription medications
  • Ketamine

We can also deal with behavioural addictions, such as food and gambling addictions.

Dual Diagnosis

Dual diagnosis is when a person displays poor mental health alongside addiction issues. These problems can be closely linked, feeding one another and contributing to each other in kind. If you look to just deal with your addiction without facing up to your poor mental health, the problem will not be solved in the long run.

At Cassiobury Court, we take the entire person into account and will create an evidence-based treatment plan to help you deal with your mental health issues alongside your addiction problems. We take great pains to ensure that the treatments of the respective issues don’t exacerbate one another.

Our Recovery Programme

Every person’s journey through rehab is unique. We offer a personalised treatment plan, considering everything about you, to ensure that the treatment you receive is effective. As well as effectiveness, we put your safety at the forefront of all treatment. Nothing you go through at Cassiobury Court will put you at risk, and all our staff are qualified and experienced.

There is a clear path that you will go on during your time with us, and it’s good to know what to expect to remove some uncertainty.

Assessment

Once you’ve arrived and settled in, you’ll go through a clinical and recovery plan assessment. The former is to check your health and that the detox programme can go ahead safely.

The recovery plan assessment is the process of finalising everything about your treatment. You’ll get one-on-one time with your recovery support worker to form your Recovery Action Plan, form goals to aim for and spend some quality time getting to know one another.

Detox

The first step of rehab is the detoxification process. Before you dig into the psychology of your addiction, you need to end your physical dependence.

Suddenly stopping the consumption of drugs and alcohol will bring on withdrawal symptoms. These can be uncomfortable, which is why you offer medically assisted detox. You’ll be given medication to help ease symptoms, be under constant care and in an environment that is as comfortable as possible.

Therapies

You will encounter a range of individual, group and wellbeing therapies during your time with us. This demonstrates our comprehensive and holistic approach to addiction treatment, giving you all the tools you need to better understand your addiction and learn to live without harmful substances.

Therapies you may come across include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Mental Health Support
  • Relaxation and Sleep Management
  • Art and Music Therapies

Relapse Prevention

Your goal is long-term recovery. We accept that relapse is a possibility that occurs in the majority of recovery journeys. Because of this, we offer relapse prevention plans to ensure you have the best chance of staying sober beyond rehab.

During your time in rehab, we will help you recognise triggers and figure out coping methods, creating a plan that can serve you well throughout your recovery journey.

Inside Our Facilities

At Cassiobury Court, we offer an environment centred around recovery. This means surroundings that are calming and allow you to relax and reflect.

Our facility is made up of 21 private bedrooms, and 10 of them are en-suite. We have communal lounges, a shared dining area and a comfortable TV lounge, leaving you with plenty of places to socialise and unwind.

Beyond the modern facility itself, you are surrounded by a secluded garden, courtyard and seating area. Here we hold yoga sessions, weather permitting, and you can take a calming walk around the grounds and enjoy the natural scene around you.

Matched with our facilities are our staff. We uphold the highest standards and guarantee 24/7 care that meets CQC legal requirements.

Travelling from Dereham

If considering going to a drug rehab away from Dereham, the journey will be a factor.

From Dereham and the surrounding Norfolk area, Cassiobury Court is very easy to get to. In the car, it will take you around 3 hours and is a fairly simple run down the A11 and then onto the M25 to Watford.

By train, the journey is straightforward too, taking around 3 hours. You’ll jump on the train at Norwich, change at London and get off at Watford Junction.

Drug and Alcohol Dereham: Cost & Packages

The average cost of rehab in Dereham, and nationwide, is around £3,000 a week.

At Cassiobury Court, our prices vary depending on how long you want to stay in private drug and alcohol rehab. We are upfront about our pricing when you enquire and stress that this price includes everything: accommodation, treatment, food and aftercare support.

The prices of our different treatment options are:

  • £8,400 for a 14-night programme
  • £11,900 for a 21-night programme
  • £14,850 for a 28-night programme

The majority of people going to rehab self-pay, and we can have discussions about suitable payment plans during your initial call. If you have private health insurance, it may also cover part of or all the cost of your stay. Friends and loved ones may even help you, so there are a lot of funding options available.

Aftercare for Norfolk Clients

Life just after finishing rehab is one of uncertainty. The risk of relapse looms large, and the fear of faltering can overwhelm people.

Cassiobury Court understands this, which is why we offer 12 months of free aftercare. We help create for you an aftercare plan to help you navigate those uneasy months, pinpoint milestones to celebrate and put you with an aftercare support team.

We offer ongoing support in the form of group support meetings, which can be attended in person or remotely. Engaging in aftercare lowers the risk of relapse because you stay connected with people who understand your struggle, can offer support and can guide you through tough moments.
