Cassiobury Court, our esteemed London rehab centre, is located in the beautiful, tranquil residential suburb known as Cassiobury Park, Watford. Once the site of the former stables and coach house for the Cassiobury Estate, remnants of the old stable courtyard still exist to this day.

Cassiobury Court offers comfortable, homely accommodation across two floors and with ample discreet gardens and grounds for people to enjoy some time for peaceful reflection. Cassiobury Park is the biggest public open space in Greater London, the space is over 77 hectares or 190 acres and stretches from Watford centre to countryside and woodland to the west. During your treatment, our support team will accompany clients on a daily walk in the local area where you can enjoy the surroundings in the park.


Cassiobury Court accommodation includes:

  • 21 Single Bedrooms
  • Mixture of shared bathrooms or 10 individual ensuite rooms
  • Private individual therapy Rooms
  • Comfortable communal lounge and dining area
  • Large Multi-Purpose Group Activity Room

Cassiobury Court’s premier accommodation is the perfect environment for your treatment for addiction; we offer extensive packages of group and individual therapies during the week that are designed to help secure a lasting recovery from addiction.

After a long day of treatments and therapies, our clients will be able to relax in our communal lounges and beautiful outside spaces. Alternatively, private time can be enjoyed in your own bedroom.

Historic Building

Beautiful and peaceful suburb known as Cassiobury Park, located in Watford, Hertfordshire. The site was the coach house and stables for the grand Cassiobury Estate.

Beautiful Gardens

Around the main buildings of Cassiobury Court are picturesque gardens that can be enjoyed by clients. Includes secluded gardens and an outdoor courtyard.

Private Double Rooms

Modern, clean and comfortable private rooms with a double bed for single occupancy. All toiletries and towels provided within our all inclusive treatment packages.

En Suite Bathrooms

Both double and single rooms have en suite options. Bathrooms are clean and modern and consist of a shower, basin and toilet.

Private Single Rooms

Single private room options. Good space with fantastic views of the courtyard or gardens. En suite options available.

Group Therapy Rooms

Light and spacious rooms for group therapy sessions. Group therapy is a key in alcohol and drug rehab.

Dining Area

A healthy diet is essential in the rehabilitation from alcohol or drugs. Fantastic, nutritional food is served here.

Social Communal Area

A communal area that residents can relax and socialise in between therapy sessions and treatments.
