Well well well… what an experience I have had during my time in Cassiobury Court. 6 months I have spent in the building. I came in as a broken girl not knowing where to turn, I’m leaving here a positive woman, with a totally different outlook on life, I haven’t learnt so much about myself and also about the mind uttering substances that change your life for the worst. The staff is Cassiobury Court are indescribable, they showed me love when I didn’t love myself, they believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and most of all they helped shape me into the girl I am today. The house keeping was on point as was the maintenance and also the food. I cannot recommend this place enough. This building and the staff have that much of a special place e in my heart I even had a tattoo done. I’m so grateful for you all and will forever appreciate you❤️

I can't rate Cassiobury Court residential clinic more highly! My 14 day stay (after two previous stays at different clinics) was amazing - constructive, enlightening and enjoyable. My positive experience flowed through right from the very start of the process with my telephone conversations with the admissions team, and once we'd had an initial chat and an assessment, they arranged for a driver to pick me up at 10 o'clock the next morning to drive me the 140 miles from West Dorset to the clinic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, caring and non-judgmental. I was able to start my detox only an hour or so after my arrival after having a Zoom call with the Doctor. From then on the medical team were always on hand if and when necessary. A high ratio of the staff are in recovery themselves which means that they knew personally what I was going through, which was both comforting and motivating. My room was clean, light and bright and I had everything that I needed. The food was of a very high standard and the chef was flexible and willing to go that extra mile for any special requests. The group sessions were varied, interesting and run by highly knowledgeable staff. These were backed up by excellent 1-1 sessions with my allocated key worker and allocated therapist. I can't stress enough how much new information I learnt in just 14 days. I have left Cassiobury Court with a renewed determination to start working the 12 step programme and to do what I'm told - as the people who have been giving me this advice are proof to me that I too can change my life for the better as they have. A huge thank you to you all! Jennie

This was my first stay at a rehab facility and I entered for a 28 day stay. I came through the gates feeling like a hopeless lost child who had exhausted all other avenues, and now leave as a strong and hopeful individual with all the tools I need to carry on my sobriety journey on the outside. The day one, all the staff were caring and attentive, catering for all of your needs and explaining everything perfectly in a calm and friendly manner - you felt welcomed straight away. All of the days were filled with useful and varied sessions, with a structured routine, but still time to socialise and get to know your peers. One to one therapy sessions were invaluable, and I learnt a lot from my sessions which were conducted in a professional but caring manner, and have given me many techniques to take with me. Also the one to one key work sessions were brilliant, guiding you on your journey in a straightforward, constructive but also compassionate way. Also thanks to all of the amazing staff who ran all of our group sessions, I gained so much from these. The food was excellent, as well as the medical and housekeeping staff who ensured that you could focus your time and energy on your recovery at all times. For anyone seeking help with an addiction, I would 100% recommend Cassiobury Court.

I entered through the gates of Cassiobury court a very frightened and ill women. This was my first time in treatment and from the start I was made to feel welcome and loved by all the staff. Once going through my detox , I finally started joining the group workshops and meeting my peers. This place is amazing , every day you have a routine starting with breakfast and then onto group lessons and ex clients coming in to share their journey with you , which is the best thing ever as they have walked the same steps as you and you can really relate to them and see the hope that their is life after addiction . You are encouraged to work hard but also have some freedom to rest if needed. I found my mind opening to finally understand the illness I have been suffering from and to see its not only ME on my own , there are other people like me out there. Nearly every staff member is in recovery , which is so important as they understand what you are going through and teach you the tools to be able to maintain this once you leave rehab . You also have the opportunity to go to AA and CA meetings in Watford which is great as you go as a group and then gives you the confidence to continue once you leave . My keyworker was Rebecca and can not thank her enough , she really is AMAZING and has helped me so much . She is very honest and open and shares her journey with you which gives you the encouragement to feel safe and be able to open up and share yours with her xx Every member of staff in this place is full of so much knowledge and kindness . You always have someone to talk to if you need a chat or any help . The food is also fantastic ,Alan and Paula do an amazing job . There is menu every day and if you don't like what is on offer you can always ask them to make you something else. Sam and her team do a brilliant job of keeping your rooms clean /maintenance of the building . And again if there is anything you are not happy with or need you can always go to Sam and she will do her best to help you I have been very lucky to have meet some fantastic and supportive peers at my time in CC. Rebecca , Ayo , Martin , Gerard , Seth , Jane , Alison , Shipra , Laura , Sam , Raffa , Patricia and every member of staff I thank you from the bottom of my heart Kel xxxx

It’s a pleasure to have been a client at Cassiobury Court. From the moment I arrived I felt like a welcome part of the family, it’s non judgmental and compassionate approach to recovery has differed from any center which I have previously attended. The structure allowed me to develop at my own pace and to work through my recovery journey, which started with me at an all time low. When I entered I was a shell of a person, after a toxic relationship. My substance misuse and eating disorder was out of control and my health, mental and physical, was deteriorating rapidly. The staff, each with there own expertise and experience guided me compassionately and from a genuine place of kindness and warmth. The facilities, all departments from housekeeping, kitchen to admin and support staff, have made a genuine difference to the person I am leaving as. Strong, rebuilt and confident. Ready to step into a life of sobriety and positivity. I have made life long friends and made life long changes thanks to Cassiobury. I can genuinely recommend Cassiobury, to anyone who has found themselves in the depths of there addiction, they will help you find the path out, however unmanageable life may seem. All my love to the team there and to the clients past, present and future Amy x

I’ve very recently attended the Cassiobury Court rehab facility and highly recommend the services provided. Set in a quiet location with enclosed courtyard the bedrooms, tutorial rooms and dining rooms are well maintained, impeccably clean and mostly modern internally The biggest plus is the wealth of experience and quality of counsellors, tutors and many of the supporting staff who themselves are recovering alcoholics/ addicts. Conducted in a structured but relaxed atmosphere the breadth and depth of tuition and counselling is such that it stimulates the open, positive participation of Clients whilst always being supportive of both the group and the individual. This is greatly enhanced with the attendance of local ‘live’ external CA meetings, zoom meetings and visiting ‘shares’ from recovering addicts. With superb catering and even a washing and cleaning service included It’s an experience that bettered my expectations and was great fun also.

Id like to thank everyone at Cassiobury Court and I mean everyone, nobody excluded, who helped me with my recovery. I was always treated with love and respect. Everyone is helpful, kind and always very professional with a great sense of humour This is the most wonderful place, I was so scared and afraid on my first day but within hours I found myself laughing and feeling safe - I just knew I was in the right place. The staff are simply out of this world. The location is peaceful, beautiful and the accommodation/food excellent My journey at Cassiobury helped me get on the right side of the road, I stayed focused and happy to say - today I'm still sober Today I can start living "one day at a time", they have given me a new life filled with hope, peace and love. Ive never felt happier Jo

I came into Cassiobury Court after years of trying to stop on my own, after years of abusing myself physically and mentally i finally came in with the willingness to ask for help and that is what i recieved. Although nervous when I first came in i was greeted with an incredibly friendly and supportive team, I was made to feel at ease and given privacy but i also knew help was ready and available when i needed it The workshops, counselling and advice all felt they were tailored to me rather then just being another client and i was encouraged to start seeing the postives of life rather then the negatives, I enjoyed every workshop and the social aspect that came with meeting a group of like minded people and felt that i was being heard and understood. Since leaving i have re started my life and had support from everyone along the way I would highly recommend them. To anyone who feels they may be struggling.

Where do I even start… This has been my second time in there as a year ago when I was there, I didn’t take the program seriously enough and I just wanted to get clean from drugs but not follow the 12 step program. However after having a few months sobriety, then relapsing as I didn’t do what was suggest to me! I ended up going back for 28 days. Let me tell you, that this experience was a one in a lifetime and I took everything on board, attended all sessions and did exactly what I was told! Every single member of staff at cassiobury go above and beyond for their clients. They put time and effort into all of us and someone is always there for you to talk to day or night. There is a huge range of sessions which you can attend and this give you the knowledge of your addiction. You also have counselling sessions once a week which helps massively🙏🏼 Cassiobury court feels like your home with your family. Leaving today was so tough as I left so many amazing people behind there. However this is the new start of my journey, I have the right tools behind me this time and I would never of been able to do it without cassiobury. Also big up the chiefs there! The food is AMAZING!!!!! I put on over a stone in 4 weeks…I think that says it all! Thank you cassiobury for giving me a new and improved way of living.
