Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment in Epping

Rehab is not always an easy decision to make. It might not be the right path for everyone, and you should take the time to make your choice, considering factors such as your physical and mental health, severity of your addiction, rehab history and your current support network.

Addictions We Treat at Cassiobury Court

If you are worried that your situation is too difficult, Cassiobury Court is capable of treating a vast range of addictions.

Drug Addictions

Becoming addicted to drugs can ruin your life. The dangers are many, with your health, mental wellbeing and livelihood at risk. Going to drug rehab can help you understand the behaviours that have led you to addiction, recognise triggers and become a healthier and more positive person.

Common drug addictions that we treat include:

Alcohol Addiction

Alcohol addiction can impact your life in many ways and is now seen as a chronic health condition. It can worsen depression and anxiety, cause physical health issues, lead to death and completely take over your life.

Alcohol rehab can help you get physically sober, ending your dependence and help you to better understand your addiction and learn how to cope when you leave.

Dual Diagnosis Programmes

Mental health and addiction are closely linked. According to the NHS, 10.5% of adults with a common mental health condition also showed signs of drug dependence.

This can complicate recovery, which is why Cassiobury Court offers dual diagnosis treatment. With us, your addiction and mental health issues can be treated simultaneously, ensuring that the approach doesn’t worsen either problem.

My time at Cassiobury Court has been a life changing experience and one I will be forever grateful for. When I arrived I was mentally broken and morally bankrupt and believe my time here has given me the tools to finally turn my life around.

The staff here are incredible and consistently go above and beyond with their care, support and guidance. I cannot thank everyone enough or offer high enough praise for the work that you do. I truly believe that this is the only place I could have begun my journey to recovery.

For anyone who is struggling with addiction and wants to change their life for the better, I can say with confidence today that it is possible. Thank you Cassiobury Court.

The only way that I can start this review is by saying that Cassiobury Court saved my life. I have had a severe problem with alcohol for over 10 years and I almost lost everything, but due to the care, consideration and commitment the facility has to offer, I have been given the opportunity to start again and live a full life with sobriety. The sessions have not only taught me more about the illness and severity of it, but has also equipped me with the coping mechanisms and skills to manage those negative feelings and maintain a happy & healthy lifestyle. Each Recovery Practitioner provides a different approach and continued to show their professionalism and dedication to the cause before and even after my stay. I will be forever grateful to Cassiobury and I couldn’t recommend it more.

I benefitted greatly at cassiobury court. I came in willing to work hard and overcome my mental blockages which kept me relapsing. The one to one’s with the therapist and going through the steps really humbled me. I know now how my head works and will never take my sobriety for granted ever again. I have a structure back in my life I.e food, sleep, exercise and have the tools I need to push on and lead a good and spiritual life. Thank you to all the Cassiobury team. From the housekeeping staff to management has been excellent.

I would strongly recommend to anyone to stay for 28 days like I did as its turned my life around. From a massively heavy drinker and cocaine user to give me the chance for a good life here on end.

Id like to thank everyone at Cassiobury Court and I mean everyone, nobody excluded, who helped me with my recovery. I was always treated with love and respect. Everyone is helpful, kind and always very professional with a great sense of humour

This is the most wonderful place, I was so scared and afraid on my first day but within hours I found myself laughing and feeling safe – I just knew I was in the right place.

The staff are simply out of this world. The location is peaceful, beautiful and the accommodation/food excellent

My journey at Cassiobury helped me get on the right side of the road, I stayed focused and happy to say – today I’m still sober

Today I can start living “one day at a time”, they have given me a new life filled with hope, peace and love. Ive never felt happier

I’ve very recently attended the Cassiobury Court rehab facility and highly recommend the services provided. Set in a quiet location with enclosed courtyard the bedrooms, tutorial rooms and dining rooms are well maintained, impeccably clean and mostly modern internally
The biggest plus is the wealth of experience and quality of counsellors, tutors and many of the supporting staff who themselves are recovering alcoholics/ addicts.
Conducted in a structured but relaxed atmosphere the breadth and depth of tuition and counselling is such that it stimulates the open, positive participation of Clients whilst always being supportive of both the group and the individual.
This is greatly enhanced with the attendance of local ‘live’ external CA meetings, zoom meetings and visiting ‘shares’ from recovering addicts.
With superb catering and even a washing and cleaning service included
It’s an experience that bettered my expectations and was great fun also.

What to Expect at Residential Rehab Treatment

Not knowing what going through rehab entails can be scary and make things difficult for people, stopping them from getting the help they need. The process is actually smooth and easy, and helpful to know about before you begin.

Assessment and Admissions

Our admissions process is straightforward, and you can sort out most of the details during your initial phone call, where you’ll do a pre-admission screening, go through treatment options, discuss rehab programme costs, and finalise your admission date.

Detox

The first step of rehabilitation is to end your physical dependence. Going through detox means that you stop taking your substance and likely experience withdrawal symptoms. At Cassiobury Court, you may be prescribed medication to ease symptoms and will be under the care of medical professionals during this period.

Psychological Treatment

Your personalised treatment programme will involve participating in a combination of individual and group therapies. Dealing with the psychological side of addiction is critical to long-term recovery, helping you to understand your addiction, work through issues and learn healthier ways to cope with obstacles in your life.

12 Months of Free Aftercare

Recovery doesn’t end when you leave rehab. Those first few months are when most relapses occur, which is why we offer a year of free structured aftercare. Engaging with weekly group support meetings and having a personalised aftercare plan can help you cope with those early months and decrease the risk of relapse.

Why Choose Cassiobury Court?

Cassiobury Court is a reputable rehabilitation centre, the choice for people all over the country because of the quality of our treatment. We are staffed by qualified care, medical and psychology professionals who specialise in addiction treatment. Most people stay at our drug and alcohol rehab for 28 days, but we offer programmes for 10, 14, and 21 days too, with longer stays also being an option for those who need additional support.

Our facilities offer a comfortable and safe environment that allows you to focus on your recovery. Our facility includes 21 private bedrooms with en-suite options, and communal lounge and dining areas. There are private therapy rooms for individual sessions and a large multi-purpose room for group sessions and activities. The centre is surrounded by tranquil gardens with an external courtyard and outside seating area for you to relax.

Cassiobury Court is only 30 miles from Epping. By car, the journey takes around 50 minutes, involving a simple run on the M25 west to Watford. If you need transport arranged to the clinic, our team will arrange it for you.
