Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment at Cassiobury Court

Deciding how your recovery begins is important. You need to factor in what type of help you need, the severity of your addiction, withdrawal symptoms, your mental health and home environment.

Addictions We Treat

The main pathways through recovery are undergoing inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment.

  • Inpatient treatment: This is an intensive form of treatment with high recovery rates where you stay within the centre for your programme.
  • Outpatient treatment: For people with mild addictions and immovable life commitments, outpatient treatment offers flexibility. You can undergo treatment during the day whilst staying at home.

At Cassiobury Court, we provide inpatient treatment for all types of addiction, with 12 months of free outpatient aftercare provided to those who complete their inpatient programme.

Drug Addictions

Drug addiction can take over your life, affecting physical and mental health, relationships and breaking your confidence and self-worth. Different drugs may require different approaches, which is why we offer personalised treatment approaches.

Addictions we treat include (but are not limited to):

Alcohol Addiction

Though alcohol is legal, it can be just as destructive, with alcohol harm costing the country £27.44 billion a year.

Alcohol abuse can wreck your health, lead to legal problems, cost you relationships and worsen your mental health. Rehab allows you to regain control and learn a healthier way to live.

Dual Diagnosis Programmes

If you have more complicated needs, Cassiobury Court can help. Our qualified staff are capable of handling dual diagnosis cases, when a client has co-occurring mental health needs alongside their addiction issues.

We’ll approach both issues simultaneously with compassion and understanding, ensuring that treatment of one does not negatively impact the other.

I can’t rate Cassiobury Court residential clinic more highly!

My 14 day stay (after two previous stays at different clinics) was amazing – constructive, enlightening and enjoyable.

My positive experience flowed through right from the very start of the process with my telephone conversations with the admissions team, and once we’d had an initial chat and an assessment, they arranged for a driver to pick me up at 10 o’clock the next morning to drive me the 140 miles from West Dorset to the clinic.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, caring and non-judgmental. I was able to start my detox only an hour or so after my arrival after having a Zoom call with the Doctor. From then on the medical team were always on hand if and when necessary.

A high ratio of the staff are in recovery themselves which means that they knew personally what I was going through, which was both comforting and motivating.

My room was clean, light and bright and I had everything that I needed.

The food was of a very high standard and the chef was flexible and willing to go that extra mile for any special requests.

The group sessions were varied, interesting and run by highly knowledgeable staff. These were backed up by excellent 1-1 sessions with my allocated key worker and allocated therapist.

I can’t stress enough how much new information I learnt in just 14 days.

I have left Cassiobury Court with a renewed determination to start working the 12 step programme and to do what I’m told – as the people who have been giving me this advice are proof to me that I too can change my life for the better as they have.

A huge thank you to you all!

Id like to thank everyone at Cassiobury Court and I mean everyone, nobody excluded, who helped me with my recovery. I was always treated with love and respect. Everyone is helpful, kind and always very professional with a great sense of humour

This is the most wonderful place, I was so scared and afraid on my first day but within hours I found myself laughing and feeling safe – I just knew I was in the right place.

The staff are simply out of this world. The location is peaceful, beautiful and the accommodation/food excellent

My journey at Cassiobury helped me get on the right side of the road, I stayed focused and happy to say – today I’m still sober

Today I can start living “one day at a time”, they have given me a new life filled with hope, peace and love. Ive never felt happier

Well well well… what an experience I have had during my time in Cassiobury Court. 6 months I have spent in the building. I came in as a broken girl not knowing where to turn, I’m leaving here a positive woman, with a totally different outlook on life, I haven’t learnt so much about myself and also about the mind uttering substances that change your life for the worst.
The staff is Cassiobury Court are indescribable, they showed me love when I didn’t love myself, they believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and most of all they helped shape me into the girl I am today. The house keeping was on point as was the maintenance and also the food.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
This building and the staff have that much of a special place e in my heart I even had a tattoo done.
I’m so grateful for you all and will forever appreciate you❤️

    Where do I even start…
This has been my second time in there as a year ago when I was there, I didn’t take the program seriously enough and I just wanted to get clean from drugs but not follow the 12 step program. However after having a few months sobriety, then relapsing as I didn’t do what was suggest to me! I ended up going back for 28 days.
Let me tell you, that this experience was a one in a lifetime and I took everything on board, attended all sessions and did exactly what I was told!
Every single member of staff at cassiobury go above and beyond for their clients. They put time and effort into all of us and someone is always there for you to talk to day or night.
There is a huge range of sessions which you can attend and this give you the knowledge of your addiction. You also have counselling sessions once a week which helps massively🙏🏼
Cassiobury court feels like your home with your family. Leaving today was so tough as I left so many amazing people behind there. However this is the new start of my journey, I have the right tools behind me this time and I would never of been able to do it without cassiobury.
Also big up the chiefs there! The food is AMAZING!!!!! I put on over a stone in 4 weeks…I think that says it all!
Thank you cassiobury for giving me a new and improved way of living.

I benefitted greatly at cassiobury court. I came in willing to work hard and overcome my mental blockages which kept me relapsing. The one to one’s with the therapist and going through the steps really humbled me. I know now how my head works and will never take my sobriety for granted ever again. I have a structure back in my life I.e food, sleep, exercise and have the tools I need to push on and lead a good and spiritual life. Thank you to all the Cassiobury team. From the housekeeping staff to management has been excellent.

I would strongly recommend to anyone to stay for 28 days like I did as its turned my life around. From a massively heavy drinker and cocaine user to give me the chance for a good life here on end.

Our admissions process is a simple 5-stage process:

Going through withdrawal can be difficult, but we support you with 24/7 medical care and prescribed medications to help ease symptoms.

Psychological Treatment

Our residential addiction treatment involves a combination of individual and group therapies to help you better understand your addiction and become more prepared to live beyond rehab.

Treatments we provide include:

1 Year of Aftercare

Recovery doesn’t end with rehab. To keep you motivated, heading towards goals and reducing the risk of relapse, we offer a year of free aftercare. Participating in our weekly group meetings can help keep you connected to others and your recovery, allowing you to get support if you need it.

With a personalised aftercare plan, you’ll have goals to reach for and a plan in place and people to contact if you feel a relapse approaching.
