Registered with CQC, Derrick maintains overall responsibility for Cassiobury Court; ensuring that the service is delivered safely and effectively Derrick ensures that the service responds fully to the needs of everyone in Cassiobury. Leading Cassiobury’s expert team of Recovery Staff, Derrick ensures that the care and support remains key to the success of each client’s recovery programme, providing a comfortable stay at Cassiobury Court.

Derrick has over 20 years personal and professional experience in the management of substance misuse and recovery services, with an extensive career across a range of private, NHS and charitable drug and alcohol treatment providers in the UK. Qualified through the Institute of Leadership & Development, Derrick brings his extensive experience in a cross section of client groups, services and operating models.

Throughout his career, Derrick has been instrumental in the design and development of excellent therapeutic programmes that support psychological and emotional wellbeing in addiction therapy. Derrick has maximised this by leading on the design and development of the Group’s core therapeutic programme, operable across all locations.

Derrick’s dedication and commitment to excellence, and his breadth of experience building recovery communities was recognised by the UK Government’s “Tackling Drugs to Build a Better Britain” campaign – Awarding Derrick with recognition and acclaim from the Prime Minister (Tony Blair) for Derrick’s commitment to Treatment Services and he dedication to services across communities in Britain.
